I live in a hostel/dorm and the food available in my college mess isn't nutritious enough to bulk. I go to the gym but most days I am so tired and unable to recover that I have to skip the gym next day. Help.
I think u should not skip the gym, that make up strong. For nutrition u should start eating fruit and sprouts so you will not need to depends on hostel food totally.
if u skip the gym don't skip the workout just do at least a simple one like jogging or some of that 7 min workout on youtube
