I am setting a new goal to start drinking more water everyday.
Everybody who has the goal to drink more water should know that you may need to filter your tap water, depending how your water is (hard water floating in copper pipes can result in that you get copper into your body, which can lead to that you become copper toxic).
Agian depending on where you live.....
Keep a pitcher or bottle of water by or near the bed so that it would be the first thing you would do upon waking up. That has helped me create and sustain the habit of drinking water in the morning.
