I cant control myself to stop eating. And when I think about this im eating more😓

Eat more fruit and veggies
Here is what I have learnt on my weight loss journey:
- make sure you fill up on vegetables, try new ways of cooking them such as steaming/roasting/stirying etc.
- when you feel like eating, try drinking a large glass of water and waiting 20 minutes, often our bodies confuse thirst as hunger
- personally, I like to have a mint or brush my teeth if I feel snacky and this helps put me off eating for a little while
find something or someone you love so much it stops the feeling of overeating
Start fasting 1-2 days in a week
Eat more fruits and drink more water.
