Here is what I have learnt on my weight loss journey:

- make sure you fill up on vegetables, try new ways of cooking them such as steaming/roasting/stirying etc.

- when you feel like eating, try drinking a large glass of water and waiting 20 minutes, often our bodies confuse thirst as hunger

- personally, I like to have a mint or brush my teeth if I feel snacky and this helps put me off eating for a little while

I feel you. But belive in yourself. I know it's hard I went through it too but you can reach everything if you want it. And one more tip don't stress yourself hold it basic and easy.
