I just cant get stuff done, procrastination is my problem, a huge one, advices?
Think of the end goal. You know you want to get there. So, Are you going to get the work done now and not be stressed tommorow or are you going to wait till tommorow to do double amount of work in one day while stressed.
I use this app called "Tide" which has helped me to focus in one activity during a small lapse of time (25 minutes) while taking 5 minutes of break in between them. I find it easier to do something if i only set myself the goal of doing the most I can in the next 25 minutes instead of thinking in all the stuff I have to do as a whole.
Try the Pomodoro technique, do things by batches of 20-30mns
