Hi Free! I've been there. A couple years ago I read a book that helped me: Mini-Habits. Smaller Habits, Bigger Results.
I'm quite good at willpower ('stubbornness' some say). So I started working on a few mini-habits.
2 years later I have a structured base of daily habits that keep me on track to achieve my daily goals, and long term ones.
You just need to find habits among the activities you enjoy most and make them work for you. Starting with one or two, and then adding up.
