I set goals, stick to them for a couple of days and that's it. How should I stick to them?
I have the same issue, but if you want your goals really bad then it should be enough to keep you in track
Writing down your goals, then writte down actions and plans daily, it will help alot
I have the same problem. So what I did was start with something terribly easy.... Like things I knew for sure I could do. For instance, I always brush my teeth, but sometimes I forget before bed. my ultimate goal (for hygiene) is to floss daily. So for a week, I chose the "brush my teeth" goal. I figure, start with this and floss next week... So far, I've remembered to brush my teeth every day and now I'm used to doing it twice a day... So adding flossing in 2x a week won't be as hard. Simplify!
