Started exercising 4 minutes a day....made 5 days in a row so far🙌🙌🙌 God is good!!! Because of my health am not able to exercise normally...it's a gift when I can.
While doing exercise listen to motivational audios..Helps a lot

I'm proud of you! You go girl! I'm in a similar boat. Health problems keep me from exercising sometimes and prescribed steroids that cause me to gain weight. I've been doing yoga and trying not to eat after 5:00pm. Supposedly intermittent fasting (IF) diets jump start your metabolism. You can eat whatever you want before 5. Lost a few pounds so far. Maybe you can add it to your exercise goal. Hang in there!
