I tried to set my Goal many times but failed all the time. Especially the day I wrote down everything that I want to achieve and very next days I didn't feel like doing anything and went back to my procrastinating loop.

Please advise what should I do to stick with my plan and develop self-discipline

Two ways to stop procrastination.

1. Picture in your mind, someone is standing next to you with a gun or anything very harmful, and they tell you if you don't do what you said to do they are going to kill you or someone you love.

If that doesn't work.

2. Picture Again, Someone standing next to you and they said to you if you do all what you said to do they are going to give you all the things you ever wanted in life.
