I can't control my sleep specially when I studied it's too frustrating......and also I'm unable to focus on study bcoz when I study lots of thoughts wandering in my mind which distracted me from study.......my exams are on the top but I can't study as I decided too.....it's so annoying and frustrating.....plzzzzzz suggest me something to overcome these problems as soon as possible.....😵😵

We face same problem while working... Remember that you cannot concentrate for long periods. Follow guild lines below: 1. Be specific what to study like concepts, answers to a question, math problem etc.

2. Spend only 5 min on that tasks.

3. Take a break for 2 min

Once you are comfortable for 5 min concentration increase the time to 10 min. Max concentration is 25 min then take 5 min breaks
