I'm new to this app too. But one thing I've learned in 7 years of an active lifestyle, is Yoga Works.

Yoga keeps me shape because I love doing it. Who doesn't love doing something that makes them feel good?

Have you ever tried yoga?

If you do, give it a shot for 3 weeks. Start out with beginner videos. Listen to your body. Take modifications when you need to. Breathe, relax, enjoy. It will make you feel great and definitely be effective in heling you reach your health goals.

They're the best Yoga channel's I've found.
