I cracked my knee before this (2 months ago) and I'm still recovering from it. Today, i started running for the interschool tryouts. I didn't think i did my best. Got 9:46:30 mins for my 1500m. I feel like i can do better than this.

Hello community! I'm brand new to this forum, but now I downloaded the app and a couple of more apps and I now exercise 6 days a week! Before I was a "coachpotato" eating 2-3 plates of dinner and snacks on top, now I eat 1 plate of dinner and a minimum of snacks! My profilepicture is from me entering a strongmancompetition in Norway: strong but untrained ;-) Lifted 270 lbs/135 kg! Got 6th place!:)
