Hello community! I'm brand new to this forum, but now I downloaded the app and a couple of more apps and I now exercise 6 days a week! Before I was a "coachpotato" eating 2-3 plates of dinner and snacks on top, now I eat 1 plate of dinner and a minimum of snacks! My profilepicture is from me entering a strongmancompetition in Norway: strong but untrained ;-) Lifted 270 lbs/135 kg! Got 6th place!:)
