I am not actually finding goalmap any useful. I don't even complete my goals. Can anyone suggest how can I use it?
Hi. Maybe modify your goals? For example, if your long term goal is to run 5 times a week but you currently run once a week, start with 2 or 3 times a week and increase it after you’ve gotten used to that frequency. Or, if you have 10 goals/habits To initiate, start with the top 3. Try not to do too much too fast. Also, make your first habit to review &/or document your goals/progress before bed and again in the morning before your first habit is to be done. Good luck!
