I root problem I set my goal I schieve it also but after few days doing work for achieving goal brings stress this again make me a loser

Relax it can be worse it can also be better so just try to improve set smaller goals remember why your doing goals and find out why it's stressing you out if you find out why you can fix it and just note that it doesn't make you a loser because getting better isn't losing what makes someone a loser is not trying to fix there ways just relax and meditate and if you feel stress the chance are you have to much to worry about simplify it or remove some stuff and focus one thing at a time.
