I dont know how to keep the motivation and discipline going, I will do great on a diet/ exercise plans for a month or 2 and then all of a sudden I fall off the wagon. How do I fix this?
Just you can fix this, if you prefer that your 2 month of work on your diet and exercises be nothing for junkfood chocolate and anothers shits is your problem. This is my motivation and thing there are reach people which eat once in the day for maintainig theire body intact.
