Go for green leafy vegetables, beans, citrus and other fruits.

In my experience, I noticed that my immunity was strongest was when I ate a strictly vegan diet. When I started consuming meat again, the back pains and feeling of tired came back.

Also, my doctor pointed out that you need to have *adequate and restful sleep* for stronger immunity. Eating well won't suffice because the body needs time every day to rest and repair broken cells, tissues, etc.
