Hi, maybe I misunderstood this app but I was expecting some hints and/or exercises regarding goalsetting. Instead I see only the possibility of setting alerts on a calendario, which could be done on Outlook or any Smartphone. Am I missing something?

I'm super busy, with school, sports, homework, etc. Hard to handle all this, plus more being shoved at me. Want to try meditation, but don't have much time/motivation. Tried both yoga and headspace, but didn't have enough motivation to continue. Also need any help on how to get more/better sleep. Don't sleep well, so I take melatonin gummies, but they don't work very well. End up exhausted/not focused in the morning, since I have to get up early. And suggestions or help? Friends to encourage me?
