Go to the Goal store and choose from our categories: Top 10 goals for 2018, Diet & weight, Exercise, Sleep, Meditation & stress management, Productivity, Reading & learning, Creativity, Social life. Pick up the goals that inspire you, set your targets and you're ready to go!
Easy… Select the "Meditation" category in the Goal store, then pick up the goal “Meditate regularly” and set a 30-minute daily target.
Of course you can! You can set reminders for each goal you have. These reminders will support you on your way to realize your objectives! You can create / modify / delete them later.
When you open the goalmap app, you will be on the My goals page. Tap the + buttons to log your progress. Don't overlook logging. Not only it is necessary for tracking and visualizing results, but it also helps you gain self awareness.
Yes, it's nice sometimes to add a note to remember a book you've just read or how you felt about that gym session you just did. When you log your activity, just click on the “Add a comment” box. You will never have the “What was the name of the director again…?” problem anymore.
It's really up to you. If you ask us, we would say that it's good to start with 5 goals, in 2 categories at least, and with a decent amount of daily or weekly goals. The things you do most frequently will build who you are. If you feel comfortable, you can increase the number of targets. Don't make overwhelming and make sure you enjoy the journey.
Click on the My goals page in the menu bar! You will see where you stand for all your targets. If you want more details for a specific target, click on it and you will see a detailed performance graph and all your stats. Check your results on a regular basis. It will help you know where you stand at all times and focus on what matters.
We tried to make it fairly intuitive. Red means Not completed, yellow means Not on track (but you can still catch up), green means On track, and blue means Completed already.
That's nothing to worry about. If you reach all your targets all the time, you may have aimed too low. On the other hand, if you consistently miss your targets, you may have been too aggressive. In that case lower your targets, focus on just a few and build up momentum.
On the My goals page, click on the goal you want to delete or modify. You will be directed to the results page for that goal. If you click on the Settings icon in the top right corner, you'll have the option to stop or delete a goal.
Naturally. Targets are meant to evolve. You may realize after some time that your initial target was too ambitious or not ambitious enough anymore. Time for an update! On the My goals page, click on the goal you want to modify. There, if you click on the Settings icon in the top right corner, you'll have the option to change your goal. Here you can do your changes, increase you sport target from 3 to 4 sessions a week or reduce your book target from 10 to 8 a year.
Yes you can! If you go to the Goal store page, there is an orange button in the bottom right corner. Click on it and you will be able to create your own goal.
It's cool to motivate or inspire your friends. We really believe in the power of the community. If you want to share a goal, on the My goals page, click on the goal you want to share. You will be directed to the results page for that goal. If you click on the Settings icon in the top right corner, you'll have the option to share it via twitter, facebook or email. We also have plans to unlock the power of the community within the goalmap app. We're working hard on it – supported by your encouragements and positive feedback!
We care a lot about your privacy. We don't share your data with third parties. We use aggregate anonymous data to enhance our services, that's it. Read our Privacy & Terms here.
Go to your Profile page. Click on the Edit icon. At the bottom of the page you will have an option to delete your account. If you do so, all your info is deleted forever.

Wearables / apps
You will not have to input your progress manually anymore, they will be automatically logged on goalmap. We are here to make your life easier ;)
After setting your target, we suggest you to sync your goal with a wearable / third-party app. Once you choose which app you want to sync your goal with (Google Fit, Fitbit or Withings for the time being), your brower will open and ask you if you authorize goalmap to have access to your data. Once the authorization is granted, you will be back on goalmap on the sync page. Tap on the « Continue » button and your goal is created. A little icon on your goal page will validate that your goal is synced. You will not have to input your progress manually, they will be automatically logged on goalmap.
For the moment, here are the activity trackers you can sync with : Fitbit, Google Fit, Nokia Health (Withings). In the coming months, we will integrate new wearables / apps (Runkeeper, Apple Health, etc.)
For the moment, you can sync the following goals : « Walk », « Exercise », « Lose weight », « Sleep enough ». You will be able to sync new goals in the coming months (running, meditation, reading, etc.)
If your goal is already active, you can add a wearable by tapping the settings icon on your goalpage and choose « Add an activity tracker ».
Tap on the settings icon on your goal page, then on « Disconnect from … ».Your progress will no longer synchronize automatically, but log history will be saved.
