Depending on your long-term goal, we will recommend habits you habits to implement in your daily life. To find out where you stand in relation to this vision, you can regularly answer the Feeling question on the Profile page.
No, you cannot change your vision. But don't worry, you can choose other habits than the ones we recommend!

The " Feeling " questionnaire allows you to regularly measure where you stand compared to your initial vision. If your vision was "Sleep well", is the quality of your sleep gradually improving? Answering this question on a regular basis will allow you to better understand your reactions and adjust your actions.
Once you have defined your vision (i.e. your long-term goal), you can choose the goals that inspire you. On Goalmap, we focus on 20 life-changing habits, those that affect our physical or mental health. Customize the habits that inspire you and let's get started! On the Profile or Today page, press the "Add a habit" button and choose from dozens of available habits. Select the goals that inspire you, customize them and go for it!
Easy...Press "Add a habit" on the "Today" or "Profile" pages, select the habit "Meditate". Answer a question that allows us to suggest a relevant target value for your goal. You can validate or modify the target value by pressing "Edit".
Can't find the habit you want to work on? That’s no big deal, you can create it! To do so, on the habits page, press the "Create a habit" button at the bottom of the page. There you can create your own goal by choosing a name, a color, a target and a recurrence for this habit.
It's really up to you. If you ask us, we would say that it's good to start with 5 goals, in 2 categories at least, and with a decent amount of daily or weekly goals. The things you do most frequently will build who you are. If you feel comfortable, you can increase the number of targets. Don't make overwhelming and make sure you enjoy the journey.
Reminders and notifications
Of course! You can create reminders for all your goals. These reminders will help you achieve them. You can set them when you create your goal. You can also create, edit or delete them later from the "Today" page by tapping on the on your goal card.

Yes, on the "Home" page, press the days of the week at the top of the page, this will allow you to wander through the past days and report on your progress for the previous days. You can scroll from left to right to view previous weeks.

On the "Today" page, you can see where you stand with your various goals. If you want more details about a goal, press on it and you will see your detailed statistics. Check your results regularly, it will help you to see where you stand in relation to your goals and focus on what matters.
Our weekly performance graph allows you to summarize your progress per week. Our indicator aggregates the results of all your objectives (daily and weekly). This allows you to assess where you stand each week.
That's nothing to worry about. If you reach all your targets all the time, you may have aimed too low. On the other hand, if you consistently miss your targets, you may have been too aggressive. In that case lower your targets, focus on just a few and build up momentum.
Here's how to delete an activity that you entered by mistake: on the "Home" page, on the goal concerned, press the settings icon (...) in the top right corner. There, you have the option to "Reset for the day", this will delete all the activities entered for this habit for the day in question.
Naturally. Your goals are meant to evolve. After a while, you may find that the target you set for yourself was too low or too high. It's time to make some changes! On the "Home" page, on the goal concerned, press the settings icon (...) in the top right corner. There you have the option to change your target. For example, you can choose to increase your sports sessions from 2 to 3 per week or reduce your daily meditation goal from 15 to 10 minutes.
On the Home page, tap on the name of the goal you want to delete (below the +). You are now on the goal page where you can see your stats and streak. Tap on the 3 dots on the top right corner to open the settings. There, you will see the option to delete your goal.
